Leadership for Collective Action is an international network of reform specialists with deep, practical experience of facilitating the multi-stakeholder collaboration needed for systemic change. We recognise that realising reforms is not simply a technical challenge, but fundamentally an issue of managing the political dynamics required to align and mobilise all stakeholders behind a common approach.

A Community of Practice, United by Purpose

Leadership for Collective Action (LCA) is more than a program—it’s a professional community rooted in trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to systemic change. Our network brings together experienced facilitators, strategic advisors, policy experts, and operational leaders who have worked side by side for over a decade across sectors and continents. 

Many of us first joined forces through the Leadership for Universal Health Coverage (L4UHC) program, which has supported national reform efforts in more than 15 countries. Building on that foundation, we have since expanded our approach into new areas through the Leadership for Collective Action (LCA) model.

What sets us apart is not only the quality of our people but how we work together. We don’t just assemble groups of individual consultants. Many of our collaborators have designed and implemented complex, multi-stakeholder leadership programs together, refining a joint methodology that bridges systems thinking, adaptive leadership, and practical action.

For each engagement, we curate a bespoke team tailored to the specific needs of the country and the challenge at hand.
